PropertyLens, Inc.
Last Updated: August 12, 2026
Our Commitment
PropertyLens is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. This statement applies to content published at www.propertylensdata.com.
Standards
The organization aims to conform to:
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA (international standard for web accessibility)
- EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (European standard for ICT accessibility)
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (United States)
- Title II and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
WCAG 2.2 Level AA serves as our primary technical benchmark. By conforming to it, we meet or exceed the technical requirements referenced by the other standards listed above. These guidelines address accessibility for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Conformance Status
We believe this website substantially conforms with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Substantially conforms” means that some content may not fully meet all accessibility standards. We are actively working to identify and resolve any gaps. Many features of this website may also conform at the AAA level as we strive to provide the best possible experience for all users.
Compatibility
PropertyLens is designed to be compatible with:
- Screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS)
- Screen magnification software
- Speech recognition software
- Keyboard-only navigation
Certain third-party content embedded on this site, including spam protection on our contact form and analytics services, may not be fully within our control. We work with vendors who share our commitment to accessibility, but cannot guarantee that all third-party components meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA at all times. If a third-party component prevents you from reaching us, please email the address below directly.
Known Issues
While we strive for full conformance, we are aware of the following areas that require ongoing attention:
- This site has not yet been tested end to end with assistive technology such as VoiceOver, NVDA, or JAWS. Our testing to date has been automated checks and manual code review.
